Liability

Dolpo Caravan Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. is an adventure travel company, therefore, under any circumstances, is not responsible or liable for any unforeseen situations like accident, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, personal injury, or illness, excess luggage charges, losses incurred by rerouting, inclement weather, floods, political disruptions, strikes, riots, and other disturbances are of personal expenditure.

The trip participant hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release Dolpo Caravan Treks, its ground suppliers, agents, and guides from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages injuries, or death resulting from these risks inherent in travel, visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in our tour itineraries.

Complains
If any complaints should occur, they should be cleared before departure.

Price
Prices are valid as mentioned per offer. Dolpo Caravan Treks and Expedition pvt.ltd Preserves the right to change the prices due to possible considerable increased costs by changes in the rates of foreign currencies, in local taxes or permits, in local price levels, or due to certain local government measures.

Insurance
All the staff working at Dolpo Caravan Treks And Expedition have insurance. We strongly recommend all the tour and trek participants obtain their insurance which covers accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss or damage to personal effects. If you do not have insurance, you should accept responsibility to cover all medical expenses incurred and costs involved in getting you to a medical facility.

Payment and refund policy


Confirmation of your booking
When you book this trip, we typically require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. However, your tour adviser may adjust the deposit amount to meet the specific requirements of your trip.

Once you put down the deposit, we will be able to move forward with confirmations for hotels, transfers, and activities for your trip. The deposit is non-refundable.

Your final payment
The final payment is typically due one month before the start of your trip, but this date may be adjusted by your Tour Manager.

Last-minute bookings
If your departure date is within a month or a week, we require full payment at the time of booking, and all payments will be non-refundable.

Note:
Credit card payment attracts an additional 3.5% fee. We accept the payment from the traveler’s account only. However, we reserve the right to refuse certain forms of payment. Wire transfer fees are to be borne by the traveler.

Trips Cancellation by the clients

While making full payment for any trip, you are liable to receive the refund amount in case of cancellation of the trip.

Any trip cancellation made by a client has to be disclosed mandatorily in written notification and acknowledged by the company. Your request for submission of the cancellation date is received by a company. In such a case, a company deserves the right to impose certain applicable charges on your trip cancellation.

The cancellation charge herein is the representation of the total listed online website brochure trip cost based on percentage.

Please note that no refunds of any trip cost will be made available to clients who drop out of the journey in the interest of leaving any trip voluntarily regardless of any reason after your trip has started. No refund of the remaining unused amount as per the itinerary shall not provided to the clients. Similarly, no refunds are also applicable strictly for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or services in case of not utilization by the clients.

 Cancellation of a trip by a company

The company deserves the right to cancellation of your any trip booked unless it is guaranteed to operate.

The company deserves the right to cancel any trip concerning the utmost safety of clients in the course of the guaranteed trip and before departure due to reasons beyond our control (for example: natural disaster, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrence). In such an event, Dolpo Caravan provides a refund of only the trip price.

A refund of the trip price is provided also if the company cancels your guaranteed departure trip. Likewise, you are also entitled to take an alternative trip of the same value.

Please be advised that your significant alterations exclude a change of airline carrier, flight timetables or itineraries provided the departure and arrival dates remain unchanged, the substitution of a vessel, modification of itineraries, and change in cabin category or hotel accommodation provided it is of the same category.

The company is not liable for any accidental expenses or consequences losses incurred in visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, etc due to the result of trip booking.

 

Privacy Policy
Dolpo Caravan treks understand the importance of your privacy. We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. When you buy services from us as a customer or contact us, we use the information from customers to correctly process our sales and to improve our ability to understand our customer’s needs.

Dolpo Caravan treks, stores e-mail, passport numbers, phone numbers, and physical addresses when a customer does business with us or contacts us. When a customer makes a purchase, except for credit card details, the information supplied on the purchase order is passed to Dolpo Caravan Treks. Such information is used for processing orders, and possibly for later contact when Dolpo Caravan treks have new products which may be of interest to customers. We do not sell, give away, or distribute email addresses, physical addresses, or phone/mobile numbers.

Payment for orders is handled through our bank and credit card merchant accounts. No credit card details (credit card number, expiration date) are ever stored by Dolpo Caravan  Treks and Expedition.
